Payment

At lalabellove.com you can pay in the following ways:
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron and MobilePay (DK, SE, NO).

We will capture the payment when you approve your order. Please note, that we capture full payment for customised orders upfront. 

Any card fees are included in the price.

Shipping and delivery

Lalabellove.com has no minimum purchase. The price for delivery will be calculated and displayed upon checkout. We use well-known and approved partners for shipping that we trust with your selfloving order. In the EU we use GLS . GLS partners with local postal and shipping companies all over Europe. Orders outside Europe are shipped with DHL Express.    

When your order is completed and shipped, delivery time is 1-4 days depending on destination (EU: 2 days, US: 3 days).

All orders outside Denmark will be delivered with local carriers according to local stadards (e.g. home delivery, collect or postal office).

RECEIPT

Once you have completed your order at lalabellove.com, you will immediately receive an order confirmation for the e-mail you have provided in connection with the purchase. The final receipt will be sent when we ship your order. If you have not received an order confirmation or receipt, please check your unwanted mails or spam filters. If they can not be found here please contact us at hello@lalabellove.com, after which we will send you your order confirmation or receipt.

RECLAMATION & RETIREMENT

If there are any errors or omissions on your product from lalabellove.com, we will exchange for 12 months with no questions asked. However, we can not exchange or receive returns of customised goods (customized products) unless there is an error on the product and we - or our subcontractors - are responsible for the error (i.e. errors in print, fabric defects, color or sewing). When ordering customized products, you as a customer are responsible for ensuring that details (such as name, year, or other details for printing your customized product) are correct when placing an order.

How do I return a product?

To return a product, please contact us via hello@lalabellove.com. We would like to know why you want to return and the products in question, as well as your order number. Ensure that we have received or you enclose your order number before retuning any product. Once the return is confirmed, we will send you an email with details about how to return the product and a return address.
 
14-Day Right of Cancellation: If you regret your purchase, please report your purchase at hello@lalabellove.com as soon as possible and within 14 days of your purchase. If you make use of your right of cancellation, we will reimburse you all costs associated with your purchase, but you will have to pay to return your order if the order has been shipped from our warehouse when we receive your cancellation of the purchase by email. Note that when you purchase costumised products, you agree that you waive your right of cancellation. If there is a defect in the product, you can of course advertise and we will correct the error, but costumised products are made personally for you, so you can not regret the purchase once the order has been made.

Repayment of purchase amount

Repayment will take place using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We can withhold the refund until we have received the returned items, or you have submitted documentation for shipment of the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Prices

All prices are in Danish kroner including VAT and taxes. Prices are showed in the shop as local currency for your ease, but the transaction in made in DKK. No hidden fees and conversion rate is added.

The value of discount codes can not be exchanged for cash.

Levering
lalabellove.com forsøger at efterstræbe, at afsendelsen af ordrer indgået før kl. 12:00 bliver sendt samme dag. Ordrer indgået efter kl. 12:00 bliver først afsendt dagen efter.
dims studio sørger for levering med Post Danmark eller GLS til modtager på den dato der er ønsket i bestillingen. Rettidig levering forudsætter dog, at Post Danmark/GLS overholder dag-til-dag levering. Såfremt der opstår forsinkelser hos Post Danmark/GLS, vil dette tilsvarende forsinke leverancen i forhold til den ønskede leveringsdato. Post Danmark/GLSs kvalitetsmål omkring leveringssikkerhed er minimum 97% for brevpakker og minimum 99% for pakkepost. Bemærk dog at disse procentsatser er gennemsnitlige og kan dække over store lokale og tidsbegrænsede variationer. lalabellove.com kan ikke drages til ansvar for forsinkelser hos Post Danmark/GLS. I tilfælde af meget forsinkede (adskillige dage) eller decideret udeblevne leverancer, fremsender lalabellove.com naturligvis en ny leverance uden beregning.

Reklamationsret
lalabellove.com yder 2-års reklamationsret i henhold til købeloven, omfattende fabrikations- og materialefejl, der konstateres ved varens normale anvendelse. Reklamationsretten dækker ikke fejl, skader eller slitage, direkte eller indirekte opstået som følge af forkert betjening, ringe vedligeholdelse, vold eller uautoriserede indgreb. Reklamation over fejl og mangler, som bør opdages ved sædvanlig undersøgelse af varen, skal meddeles dims indenfor rimelig tid. Varen kan efterfølgende returneres for reparation, ombytning eller efter aftale evt. kreditering. I forbindelse med reklamationssager afholder lalabellove.com returneringomkostninger i rimeligt omfang.

Varereturnering foregår også til denne adresse – bemærk at vi ikke modtager pakker sendt pr. efterkrav. Returnering kan også ske ved at aflevere varen personligt hos os i butikken i Dims Studio, Borggade 11, Århus. Returnering af bestilte varer er på egen regning. Vi har ikke gratis retur af varer. Vi anbefaler, at du returnerer dine varer med GLS, da du her kan tracke varen. Hvis du bruger Post Nord, så anbefaler vi, at du vælger at sende den anbefalet - igen så du kan tracke varen og se hvor langt den er. 
Hvis du har returneret varer med posten, som ikke dukker op hos os, kan vi ikke give dig beløbet retur. Derfor anbefaler vi altid, at du sender varen retur med tracking, da ansvaret hermed ligger hos enten GLS eller Post Nord.

Det er ikke et krav, men ekspeditionen fremmes, hvis fyldestgørende informationer følger pakken – eksempelvis kopi af ordrebekræftelse, registreringsnummer og kontonummer for bankkonto hvortil refusion kan foregå, kopi af evt. forudgående korrespondance mv.

Refusion
I tilfælde af aftalte dekorter, returnerede varer eller forudbetalte varer som afbestilles før afsendelse, skal der ske en hel eller delvis refusion af købesummen. Refusion sker normalt altid ved bankoverførsel, og lalabellove.com har derfor brug for oplysninger om registreringsnummer og kontonummer for din bankkonto. Disse oplysninger er ikke følsomme og kan uden videre oplyses pr. email eller anden traditionel korrespondanceform.

Fortrydelsesret
Der er 14 dages returret på varerne, regnet fra den dag, de modtages. Hvis du vælger at fortryde et køb, skal du blot returnere varen i væsentligt samme stand og mængde, som du modtog den indenfor yderligere 14 dage - du har altså 28 dage til at returnere vareren. Når varen er modtaget retur og godkendt, refunderes købsprisen til din konto indenfor få dage. Omkostninger til returnering skal du selv afholde.

Ifølge Forbrugeraftaleloven har køber ret til at returnere en vare, som har været taget i brug. Køber hæfter dog for en eventuel værdiforringelse af varen. Det vil sige, at køber mister købsbeløbet, hvis varens værdi er forringet. Vi refunderer derfor ikke købsbeløbet, hvis køber reelt har taget varen i brug, eller hvis varen er blevet beskadiget under købers varetægt. F.eks. hvis køber har håndteret varen på anden måde, end det anses nødvendigt for at kunne prøve varen.
